Behind RISEARC

RISEARC is founded by Vaishali Sharma, an IIT and NIT graduate and a certified soft-skills and image-management professional. She holds an M.Tech from IIT-BHU, a B.Tech from NIT Surat, and a leadership-communication credential from Northwestern University, alongside corporate-trainer and life-skills certifications. She currently leads acceleration at i-Hub, IIT Gandhinagar, and works across India’s innovation and academic ecosystems.

RISEARC exists because soft skills are usually taught as inspiration and measured by feeling. RISEARC treats them as an engineering problem: every engagement measures where a person stands, trains against that, and re-measures, so improvement is scored rather than claimed.
